The other day I tried the Celestial Chocolate churro at dca, a take on the “Dubai chocolate.” It’s a Churro rolled in Cocoa Sugar, topped with Pistachio Cream, Chocolate Sauce, Crispy Phyllo Dough Crumbles and Crushed Pistachios. 6.5 /10 the mix of flavors didn’t work well
