This is so bad, but just the immediate points that come to mind: 1. Conflating white men with white population to open the argument is a major red flag. 2. The entire justification of DEI was reparative and restorative justice, not discrimination of white men for the pleasure of it. 1/x

3. No mention of the fact that hiring decisions in 2020 were still being made predominantly by white men. 4. No mention of the fact that there is a business case for DEI when your target audience is more diverse and, in the case of universities, your output requires more diversity in inputs. 2/x
