Rogers' cutter has been a bit harder for a few starts now. Creates a bit of added separation from the sweeper and I think it's a great change. The two breaking balls have a tendency to run together in movement space, some added separation in velocity space will help both play up.

Kyle Bradish is pitching on another level his past 2 starts. Tonight: 8IP, 0ER, 9Ks 6/17: 7.2IP, 1ER, 12Ks Jacob Misiorowski is the only other pitcher this season to have back-to-back starts that went 15+ innings and 21+ strikeouts. Absolutely phenomenal "ace" stuff.

So the owners are trying to: A) Have colleges develop their players for them and B) Ensure those players are too old to get a free agent contract by the time they hit free agency. Got it 👍
