Well, having to return Deadpool as Doop's arm wasn't attached to its body. Looked like a manufacturing fault rather than a transit problem.

The ref blowing half- and full-time at 44:57 and 90:01 strongly suggests he's parked in a short stay car park.

I occasionally forget the Oz influence on One Piece. The 4 seas being divided in the same way the Lands of Oz are, down to the adventure starting in the East too.

The new Jump+ manga, Delinquent Gacha, has me hooked with the second chapter's introduction of a character so bad at maths they were expelled not only from their school, but their universe.

Do you ever see a clip of a presenter and realise they had some sort of undue influence on the way you talk? I'd already recognised the bits of Danny Baker & Mark Radcliffe I'd absorbed, but saw a clip of Bob Monkhouse and realised his ubiquity on TV must have seeped into my DNA via the cathode tube

So far I've only watched the Shu Honma (Ya Boy Kongming, Mayonaka Punch) directed Fujimoto one-shot, and that was definitely the right one for them to direct (Sisters).

Oxford Mail's news stories come in three main flavours + Stories that make you never want to drive in Oxfordshire. + Stories about people complaining about the council's attempts to discourage driving. + Anything that allows them to mention Jeremy Clarkson.

Left a long enough gap since playing Octopath Traveller 2 that playing the original doesn't feel like a downgrade now. Unfortunately also a long enough gap that I forgot how mean some the bosses in this series can be.

After spending half a day looking for my glasses only to eventually find them in the very first spot I looked, I'm dangerously tipping towards becoming "guy who buys eccentrically colourful frames" just so they'll show up when sat on top of a black laptop bag.

Wish I'd remembered what variety of apple I was sent by accident in a grocery delivery, as it was much nicer than than this Pink Lady apple I'm currently eating. This is just giving me flashbacks to working at Redbridge in 1999. Half expecting to wake up at 5AM and sleepily drive to Hinckley.

Worlds of Wonder boss: hey, you come up with that tv show tie-in for Teddy Ruxpin yet? DIC animator: sure did, real 65-episode quest saga with in-depth fantasy ecology, themes of the sins of the fathers, multiple evil organisations and entirely serialised storytelling, just like you asked

Spinal Tap sequel scraped a 3 based on some Michael McKean wordplay at the end of the movie that greatly improved the impression it left on me.

Can't be a Humble Bundle comic bundle without some sort of fuck up. The Image in the 90s one currently has the old 4 issue collections from Comixology of Mage for Vol 1 and 2, rather than the current Image volumes. And even that vol 2 is missing most its pages.

Watching the latest batch of Conan on NF and I had forgotten how demented "The Conan Edogawa Abduction Case" is. Nothing with Ai Haibara in it this time round, so it's not fully formed Conan yet.
