People are saying their glad the IWGP title lineage is intact again. It always was for me, I never accepted that the new belt was anything other than the IWGP title. Fans have the perogative to reject things like that.

In all seriousness, what had to work at Wrestle Kindom (mainly the top two matches) all caps WORKED. You could bring up other stuff like the Rambo being Entrances: the Match or Jake Lee being back in our lives but that’s just churlish. You’ll always remember Tana’s last match.

There wasn’t a shot of Tanahashi smiling as he was pinned so non-plussed about the thing tbh

New Japan fans want Tsuji and Tana to win on 1/4, how about Okada tries to interfere in the IWGP title match but hits Takeshita instead. Then there’s a ref bump in the main and Takeshita attacks Okada and puts Tana on top for the 3 count.
