This convo I had highlights the difference in what "respect your time" means in games. A lot of players want to trade time for in-game progress. It's purely transactional: 1 hour = 1 progress But I want to feel like my actions matter i.e. what I do with time creates progress, not time itself.

There should be an option to disable all antialiasing (along with upscaling) in more games. Current state of affairs often makes you choose between DLSS / FSR / TAA without the option that allows to manually set up DRS over non-antialiased (and artifact free) image. Grrr.

It’s interesting how they added this menu to the original Unreal in a patch as well which replaced the original menu system. I can’t recall any other instance of a games UI being completely ripped out and replaced.
