2nd recipe Thinly sliced pork. Marinate in solution of 2:1 Mirin - Soy Sauce, little bit of sugar, green onions, gochugaru, garlic. Wait 30 min Sear veggies in pan. Add bit of marinating liquid to veggies. Take veggies out. Sear pork. Serve over rice. Costs maybe 20 bucks, feeds 2 with leftover
