The vast majority of respondents believe published SCC values to be downward biased. The average "best-guess" SCC ($142 per ton CO2) is more than twice their literature estimate ($60 per ton). Experts substantially underestimate published SCC, at least compared to our findings.

In what I believe is a first, Constellation is offering retail customers a 100% nuclear product. I assume the energy comes from existing reactors, not new capacity, meaning this has no additionality or consequential reduction in CO2 emissions, but I'm fascinated to see if people bite on this...
