My Favourite #C64 Two Player Games – No.44 Match Point Despite its naff graphics and sound, Match Point is a cracking tennis game. It’s easy to pick up and play, and the two-player mode is fantastic fun, and smashing a winner past your mate at the end of a rally is hugely satisfying. 🎾

My Favourite #C64 Two Player Games – No.45 Uchi Mata The only Judo game on the #C64 - and a decent effort too. It takes a while to get to grips with the moves (ahem), but once you do the 2-player bouts are great fun. Perfect for throwing your mate around the gaff without risking a trip to A&E. 🥋

More preservation work! We were able to get our hands on a ultra rare Italian copy of Cartoon Carnival, the 1995 Philips-produced collection of Hanna & Barbera flavored minigames. This PC version was interestingly co-produced by The Cartoon Network and published in 1996. Preserved on Archive.

The GiG Leonardo was a console of little success in Italy and nothing more than a clone of the Emerson Arcadia 2001. The system came with two Intellivision-style controllers with a 12-button keypad and ‘fire’ buttons on the sides. 35 games were published for the system in its 18-month lifespan.

It's really nice having a #Commodore with modern conveniences like HDMI and the ability to contain within itself just about everything ever made for it, but which is still very much a traditional C64 in the way it feels to use. I've been really enjoying getting my 8-bit on over the weekend :D 🐂

The #C64 A-Z My Favourite ‘B’ Games No.6 Barbarian This brilliant beat-'em-up is best remembered for its gory decapitations & controversial ads. Easy to pick up & play, and with fab graphics & animation, atmospheric arenas & a fantastic two-player mode, it’s one of the best of its kind on the 64.

I implemented the speedup for fragmented images for PicoIDE and I'm excited to see it in BlueSCSI as well! Big release all around for them.

This is the Casio #WQV-1, the world's first camera watch. Originally you would sync via an IR serial dongle on Win98, but most of the IR pods are long gone. I made a device that syncs, converts, and mounts as a USB drive to get your photos!
