As someone who has experience investigating law enforcement related shooting including where a federal agent was the shooter, I can say this violates everything a good investigation requires. The fact that they moved the vehicles and took the shooter from the scene is obstruction. Horrifying.

Fortunately just bruises and scrapes. Crazy thing is while I was on the ground assessing the damage the cat stayed put taunting my dog.
