You know what, I'm calling for it. Retcon the Dark Trolls and Shattertooth going extinct, it's unfortunately a lil too late to retcon the Shatterspear into being Dark Trolls (which they should be), but it's not too late to have the Shattertooth come outta hiding to defend Hyjal from the void.

I'm probably not gonna be making a Forest Troll. I love that they're giving them customizations, but the lack of a body 3/4 to accommodate their larger stature kinda makes me less interested in playing one. That and to be honest, I'd rather play a Dark Troll or Drakkari over an Amani personally.

Aight I think it's time for me to release my theory about Xal'atath's identity: I suspect she's a Dominaar, a very powerful Dominaar who eclipsed the others and gained Dimensius's favour before being sent as his herald to Azeroth, only to be trapped in the black blade after following her nature.

The revamped Eversong lynx model was a surprise (I was sure we wouldn't get another lynx so soon after the Arathi one), and so beautifully done! There are 4 colours - 2 match the originals and 2 new. All can be found easily around the new Eversong woods.

this is genuinely upsetting to me phasing out PvE pet battle content after it being a staple in the game for 13 years leaves those of us who loved and engaged with this system feeling lost it's a part of the game I look forward to with every new content release, it should be evergreen

I think Blizz need to be a lot more transparent about things like this. People do engage with this content, it's a lil silly to just suddenly prune it. It's giving me the same vibe as when they stopped supporting archaeology.

I think one of the worst parts of all of this is that the pet battling community was blindsided by such a significant change. No heads up or forewarning through an official Blizzard channel, initial reveal came from a streamer on Alpha. Everyone's just shaken up and left to their own speculations 😔

I love it when NPC's are dynamically reactive to the world like this. We saw a bit of this in Hallowfall as well, I hope to see this all over the world eventually, it makes the world feel so much more alive. Kudos to whoever programmed this!
