Naigtal suffered multiple attacks on different continents by the legion, and their oceans are rich in arcane energy. My theory: Powerfully magical but unable to defeat the Legion on land, Naigtal's amphibious natives fled underwater, and basically dared the Legion to come in after them.

To add: they are clearly willing to have unvoiced major characters, even in conversations with other *voiced* characters, in modern stories. Renzik and Geyarah were obviously due to VA reasons and not story, but story clearly does not *need* voice acting to be shipped to live.

The more I think about it, the more crazy it is to me that Blizzard has put out only *TWO* Warcraft games since WoW launched. No disrespect to Hearthstone or Rumble (RIP), but it's been 20 years and they only have a couple Mobile Games to show for it! The setting is popular and RIPE for spinoffs!

I mostly like how WoW has grown, truly. But there really is a magic to the old world. Sometimes I hop on my Classic character and just ride through.
