I feel as if I still have so much to do, but the truth is, I've made so much progress on my goal of cleaning up my shed and garage and getting my MIL's camper ready to sell.

I think I've said this before, but with all the terrible story decisions coming out of WoW, I think I need some game company to do with Blizz what Larian did with WotC. Buy the rights to make a single player WoW RPG ala BG3. Let me run around with compelling companions and romance troll boys, please

I'm mostly going to be saving my critiques of 12.1 until it goes live, but overall, I think my thoughts are that it is a very poor story choice that is *told* very well. The themes behind Zul'jan's story are extremely well-communicated, he's just... really not the best target.

And that is why I'm bothered when people say "it is just a game", "stick to your OCs", "don't take it too seriously". Things like this MATTER. A LOT. And things change when WE COMPLAIN. When fans explain time and time again the problems with the narrative choices. Just accepting it does nothing.

I'm thinking of writing an alternate ending to the Atal'Utek story, not a full narration, more like a script for a cutscene. Would anyone be curious to see my take on how it should end?

Was cleaning out more of MIL's things & in her camper, stashed behind the TV was a huge ziplock bag of some unknown herb. Pot? Maybe, but it was so old & dried out that it didn't look or smell like pot, & why would she have hidden it? The camper is permanently parked and pot's not illegal here. Odd.

Sorry I was thinking about how Zul'jarra's girlfriend wasn't added to the game so she can maybe possibly stand near Liadrin sometimes so they won't get in trouble anywhere by adding a queer character for real and was reminded of this.

I get a little miffed when talk about my disappointment with WoW and inevitably get told I should try other games. I *DO* play other games. A lot, actually. I don't vent about WoW because I'm gonna be left high and dry if it all goes south, I vent because I like WoW and *want to keep liking it.*

Still wondering what my line is. What will finally break me? I don't play WoW like I used to, but I haven't broken away entirely. Do I just keep ignoring the terrible story and the devs treating characters I like poorly just so I can keep playing dress up and house?
