IDK how to give this feedback to Blizz themselves, but they should let you look for neighbourhoods by plot number. I had to refresh and dig through a ton of neighbourhoods to find the exact plot I was looking for, and it could have been so much easier to say "I want plot X, show neighbourhoods".
