There's an upcoming anime-inspired series from Catalonia called #ValentinaDeMontblanc, by Miriam Bonastre, about a princess banding together with her friends to save her kingdom! The series will also feature Catalan mythology ⚔️ A graphic novel companion will be released on April 14, while... (1/?)

There are some orgs which have funding for this purpose which are real, but they all have broader activities. E.g., Keshet and the Hebrew Free Loan Society (which are both real) have interest-free relocation loans for queer/trans people. But they have lots of other activities too.

My dear former student Aphid is fundraising to leave Kansas and move to Colorado. He is a 100% real trans person in Kansas, I personally know him and vouch for him. You can make an immediate big difference in someone's life this way!! Please spread the word & contribute if you can!

I found this an interesting read! Like genre romance, cozy fantasy and SF tend to center around relationship-level stakes, so it's unsurprising much of cozy SFF leans on romance for its plot beats, but there's a lot of room to center other types of relationships and other types of happy endings too
