After a few weeks of procrastinating, I finally opted to back the Murder Drones graphic novel on Kickstarter. It’s an opportunity not only to retell a story in a different medium, but to expand upon existing ideas that might not have made the cut. The wait is gonna be worth it 😄

I’ve been meaning to post something under my new art tag for a few days, but since I don’t have a post scheduler, I keep forgetting to post things. It doesn’t help that Silksong has been occupying 99% of my brain over the past few days 🫠

Time for another oldie! During my Inkscape days, I was bored one summer and wanted to make a drawing start to finish in one sitting. It took eight and a half hours, including breaks, and while it looks good, the headache I had afterwards was NOT worth it Completed: Jun. 19th, 2019 🎨

Gonna start my new art tag with an oldie! I designed weapons for Aqua and Shadow which I reference to this day. They've changed very little over time and I can't see myself redesigning them anytime soon. Completed: December 14th, 2019 🎨

"AI artists" and "AI art" are both misnomers. The "artist" didn't create the images - the AI did. At best, they should be called "AI prompters". And the pictures are guesses created by the AI with no intention; they're an "output", not "art". Stigmatize the hell out of 'em.

I need to find a way to draw and write consistently. Perhaps I can do this by scheduling half an hour for drawing each day and tailor it to my work schedule. I’ve been using my planner to keep track of things, but I haven’t used it to keep track of that.

It took me two and a half hours to buy Silksong. So far, it's worth every penny. It's been in the works for over six years and it was originally a DLC campaign that exceeded expectations. Despite everything, it costs $20 and it crashed every store that sold it. You can't make this up 🤯 #silksong

At all my OC artist moots, do you have a design element that almost all your characters have somehow? Or perhaps even a design element that's your favorite to see in designs in general? For me... it would have to 100% be gold trims... I can't get enough of them.
