Just days after tear gassing a six month old baby and putting him in the hospital, ICE agents abandoned a six year old child in the streets of New Jersey. They kidnapped her father and left her wandering the neighborhood asking “Where’s Papi?” This is beyond cruel. It’s child abuse.
