I also love the types of people/executives who will whine about machine thickness, so they fuse the keyboard to the frame. My $15 ThinkPad T22 from 2001 has a laughably easy keyboard to replace, and that thing is quite thin for 2001 standards.

Finally got my new to me used Dell Precision 7720 for school instead and I absolutely love it. Even if it's not arbitrarily Windows 11 compatible, it's one less machine out of the trash and another 17.3" beast for me! (I missed having a big 17.3" laptop)

It's genuinely crazy how SMG4 and Stranger Things both ended near (and at) the end of 2025. Two facets of my preteen and teenage years all wrapped up in beautiful bows. It's... incredibly bitter sweet. Even typing this is making me smile like a sap.

obsessed with this teleprinter keyboard that has a “Who Are You” key

I decided to return the 64MB RAM (8x8MB) stick and chance it with a 32MB 4-chip stick (4x8MB) as the one I got has a compatible code (seemingly), though this stick also has 8MB chips on it, which my 365XD seemed to address fine. Will update you all when it arrives, and Merry Christmas!!
