I know a lot of attendees have a lot of (valid) things to say about Pittsburgh but I just wanna say I loved being able to share the city and a major part of my life with all my speedrun friends and it was amazing to watch my hometown turned into a place for GDQ to happen. I will treasure AGDQ24-26

As a native son of the Steel City who had left it, it was a pleasure to share my hometown with my friends. I got to perform on the big stage twice, in the city I still, 15 years later, call *home* and it will always mean the world to me.

Back at work today after #AGDQ2026. I can't say enough about these events. GDQs are where all my friends inspire me to try to be a better person. To be passionate. To be kind. I miss that energy being in abundance, but I'll try to carry it with me until next time. Love you all 💜
