Just for the hell of it, I did a speedrun of High Grenadier. My time is 7:16. I could probably do it around 6:40 since I stumbled on the menuing thanks to inputs getting eaten and inconsistent behavior for selections. I also was trying a strategy to add a third army to help smooth over the end.

Got Mickey Mania on Sega CD for game request, and it sure isn't fun. Knew it from it's visuals, and it does look great. It seems like all effort went into that and they forgot to make a fun game. It's designed to troll the player constantly, I feel like it should be studied for why it's so hostile.
