Covid/flu negative, today is just major sinus pain, but feeling better overall. Yesterday was rough! And my daughter wanted help with math, I simply could not engage my brain 😵‍💫 Feel bad about missing work but there’s nooo way I could have been useful.

I have not been this sick in a while. Should probably take a flu/covid test. My head feels terrible. It’s hard being home from work and not trying to catch up on chores, but I think I do actually need to just lie around.

Some virus struck me hard out of nowhere after lunch. I am in layers and under blankets with my cats and my throat feels awful 😞
