I finally finished reading 'Elemental Council' by @noahvannguyen.bsky.social and I got to say I loved it. It reminded me of a scifi version of a Vietnam War drama. Theres so much more to it than that, but thats the short sell. God, those characters will stick with me for a long time.

I went to my first #Warhammer40k tourney last night in ages. It was just a little local shop running a combat patrol bracket thing. There only ended up being 4 of us and I faced off against some Chaos Knights with my #LesguesOfVotann Ended up really close and I learned what not to do.

I have been wanting to get the new Vespid #Killteam for my #TauEmpire #Warhammer40k and @meeshbeastie.bsky.social and I worked together to knock these bugs out in record time! Overall, I love how these came out, their shiny shells andglittering wings. This squad is gonna be great to play with.

I really hate the phrasing of these LLM Systems 'hallucinating'. Stop anthropomorphizing a mechanical system. It's not hallucinating or making things up - its just wrong. Its getting things wrong. It's just down right incorrect.

Stop perpetuating the myth that the game was made by 30 people. This game is impressive for sure and the core team was small but they had good financial backing and outsourced parts of the development. Not to mention all the other people involved in support for a game.

One of the weird things about being a professional programmer is there are all these things in my life where I could write little programs to handle.
