The best part of making this update was watching Sam's break break as he tried testing all these puzzles out.

Cardinals are out! 24 new puzzles to sink your teeth into 🧠🃏 This was a really fun challenge, testing the limits of what information you can convey with just four coins 🪙 I'm really pleased with how these have turned out. Hopefully there will be some cool "ah ha!" moments for all the players.

The game is so good! I want a world where the KOTC-alike is as popular as the Roguelike. There are so many cool things to do with this (multiplayer, synchronous, asymmetric, social) kind of game architecture.

Not sure how I missed this. It's such a compliment that Greg thought King of the Castle was worth analysing with his class! I hope they found some good stuff in with the bad. Tried the Occlude demo in #steamnextfest Pretty cool! For now it is essentially a solitaire with hidden mechanics. In order to "win" the level you need to satisfy the four hidden requirements. For now I won the first level. The game is cool. Decyphering the hidden rules can tire the brain a bit.

Had a great time with some demos today: Occlude, Dispatch and Fresh Tracks. I'm off for "brunch" activities today, and hope that everyone going to "brunch" is doing so safely. We sent a raid over to @stephenjoys.com!

My Card is Better than Your Card: premise is cute, art is awesome, but gameplay can't keep my attention. Maybe it gets better further in the game, but so far it's just meh. Occlude: Very interesting twist on regular Solitaire. I can see myself puzzling on this for a while too. 8/?

played Occlude today and it was neat! was definitely a bit trickier than regular klondike but I enjoyed the difficulty. I'm going to need to give it another shot to understand the secret rules though since I didn't get any 🫠 good luck with the launch!

played this after a long day of filming with Matt - both of us crashed out on the sofa, idly clicking cards. 30mins later? sat bolt upright, fully engaged, writing notes. that's the good stuff.

I'm posting this everywhere but if you're looking for demos to play from Steam NextFest, play Occlude. This game is 100% up my alley, great if you like occult-y stuff and card games. Got all the endings that I'm aware of and can't wait for it to come out.
