I don’t think I want a “western skeb” so much as I want people to implement deadlines for commissions and if the deadline isn’t met, talks of a refund or continuation need to happen.

Like the artist can set the deadline, it can be as far out as they need it to be but something to leave an open line of communication. It’s not just a “western artist” problem I’m sure all kind of people from all over do it, but at what point is my money just a donation.
