Since I was a kid, we have adored the public library. We went to our local for story hour and there was a cave to play in. I would walk to the library after school when I was older. Now I understand the essential role of a library in offering services and being a physical third space - for free.

This is still bothering me. By definition, you can only be a full time resident in 1 place. Benefits to residents are designed to encourage full time residency and ease the burdens shouldered by residents, especially in a tourist town.
