Local council is refusing to upgrade our old storage heaters to decent radiators because we'd have to lift the flooring ourselves and both people who live here are too disabled to do so. So the old bulky, temperamental bastard heaters will stay until we get the hell out this flat I guess.

Last November, I realised I really needed more support with my physical health. I applied for social care and was assessed as critical substantial needs. ScotGov targets: 6 weeks to be assessed, then 6 weeks for care to start. 12 week target vs my 54 week wait. Disabled people deserve better.
