God grant me the confidence of Vincent ThΓ©venard, who surrendered to a British brig without firing a shot, climbed aboard to offer his sword, and on belatedly realising how small his opponent was requested permission to go back to his ship and give it a go anyway. The British politely declined.

Even back in the 70s and 80s when I could be hassled by the police for walking while trans, no one ever tried to stop me pissing in the Ladies or tried to make me change into my swimsuit among men. There is no dignity or respect involved in taking away rights I have exercised freely for forty years

Despite the fact that Charlie Kirk is not in this documentary, our distributor, a major national movie chain, got cold feet and pulled out. Jeffrey Epstein: Bad Pedophile had Donald Trump in it, so they were out.

So the guy who sang on Gangster's Paradise ended up on a gang database, but not *because* of that, even though you wouldn't be surprised. This is why databases are so dangerous, and we need more digital rights like GDPR (which has law enforcement exemptions).

Was reading a 1950s book where the (upper) middle class all have domestic help and wondered how much impact that employment had on the economy, and where it's all gone (or if it has?). Couldn't find a clear answer but I found someone who'd written a couple of the top-result articles on here.

Every animal's body language is different. Possums are very "thank you thank you, most gracious, thank you I'll be off." And skunks are "busybusybusybusybusySTAY AWAY busybusybusy." Coyotes are all "oooh... ahhhh... curious... oh my..." Raccoons are pure dare. They dare you. They double dare you.
