Discovered yesterday after work that my front bike tire had a huge bur stuck in it. Not worth just replacing the tube, it's too compromised. Ah well; it needs servicing anyway, so I'll handle that this weekend and just get in some nice trail walks after work this week instead. I'll get my exercise.

Trying to consistently get out for bike rides and walks after work, build up some healthier habits again and get my shit together. My sleep quality has immediately gone way up this week.
