Going to do an e consultation form tomorrow to ask helpful GP to move appointment next Wednesday from phone catch up to in person. This should be hopefully straightforward as he always knew it might be a possibility. I think in person there is more of a chance I will give him a true picture.

Great to receive Email from THAW local Tower Hamlets Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessment social group cancellation of in person event due to heat alert and more importantly advice re reducing demands etc .I hope other organisations in London are as on the ball.

Yes helpful Psychiatrist I did indeed just about leave that hell fire space. I recognised it wasn't a good place for a raving mad trauma autistic woman. After I raged at many Psychiatrists in one day I decided to leave mainly. 1.

Apparently it's distinct from trauma and autism and being femme/queer and from substance use but an awful lot of comorbidity exists, also it's not a disorder of exclusion but reams of data shows that clinicians loathe us, conceptually, PD is a hot mess, it's a joke.

My theory: 'personality' disorders are a useless construct, if 78% of people across different 'clusters' can become un-disordered within 12 months following a brief, trauma led treatment, you gotta ask, were their personalities ever disordered?
