Nov 2 Russian subsea sabotage/intel vessel YANTAR was allegedly operating just off the Netherland coast, among a good chunk of European critical infrastructure. The ship is specialized in subsea missions and ran by highly secretive GUGI, Main Directorate of Deep-Sea Research.

Today at 1109Z what looks like a mass spoof event of AIS-signal took place in central Baltic Sea. In an area from approximately Bornholm to mid Gulf of Finland hundreds (thousands?) of new AIS-messages suddenly appeared. A large part of them military ships.
