Really leaned into cardio in the second half of May. Between walks, runs, and hikes I did a total of 24 miles (38.62 km) on a knee that was once so unreliable and had no issues. Looking forward to even more in June.

I kinda rewatch Band of Brothers often; sometimes multiple times in a year. I’m in the middle of a rewatch right now. Despite the graphic content and stressful situations, it’s a real comforting thing for me.
