Can someone point me to where this fits in the “economic impact study” the Blazers provided the city? Would love to see it.

I’ve been warning that these deals don’t pencil out in terms of net economic benefits, but the boosters of the deal have dismissed that perhaps because I’m a politician now or perhaps because sports econ isn’t my field. Well, their hubris has now drawn the ire of the sports economists.
