I’m on my second playthrough of The Outer Worlds 2. It’s so much fun. This build is completely different from the first and I’m playing the dialogue choices as a shameless corporate shill for Auntie. It’s so great. Next time through I’ll play as a dumb melee bruiser.

There's a line of dialogue in The Outer Worlds 2 by Product Envisioner Ormsby where he says that the Auntie's Choice lab in Eden's Bounty Agricenter was formerly used by the Protectorate for "seed storage or something equally prozaic." "Seed Storage" was the original code name for that location.

So, rolled credits on The Outer Worlds 2, and my main takeaway was this damn game wouldn’t let me romance Marisol. She’d have shot me down, but still.

I really want to do a Dumb build the next time I play The Outer Worlds 2. In fact, I may have to dumb my way through both games. 🤭

Finished The Outer Worlds 2 today and I have to say, I was quite impressed with the game's ending. Even if I didn't make all the "right" choices along the way, it still managed to end on a satisfying, even poetic note. Obsidian did a good job with this one.

I’ve put about 20 hours into The Outer Worlds 2 so far, and this game is exquisite. It’s everything I was hoping for and much, much more. I’d honestly say it’s an equal/successor to Fallout at this point. The worldbuilding, characterization, biting satire, RPG elements, gunplay. It’s all perfect.
