Checked out the first 3 episodes of Creature Commandos tonight and while I'm not entirely sold on it I did really enjoy it when it focused on one characters backstory. Bride and GI Robot are cool as hell and I really can't wait to see Dr P's backstory. My brain just sees Blight 😆

20 years ago we were suing teenagers for millions of dollars because they were torrenting a single Metallica album and now billionaires are demanding the free right to every work in history, so that they can re-sell it. The law only ever serves capital.

As someone that loves physical media this to me is highly depressing. It reminds me of Microsoft ceasing production of Xbox games after the 360 came out. Basically forcing you to upgrade if you wanted games. Physical sales will plummet and then be used as an excuse to stop making discs :/

Ahh this looks fun. For me it's Kamen Rider Kabuto. The first shoe I watched from start to finish and truly got immersed in. Loved the designs of the suits and the "serious' tone. Sure I'd seen bits of Black, RX and 555 but Kanuto is where it started for me.

I watched this last night. Lured in by the promise of MJW, Rourke and Fahey.. I rewatched hellbinders the other day for the first time in probably a decade. I dropped it half a star... I feel like I now owe Hellbinders a heartfelt apology 🤣

40 years ago today, BEVERLY HILLS COP was released in theatres! What better time to revisit or listen for the first time our episode on a true classic. She Shoots Straight might be one of my most underappreciated movies. I dont think I could connect to this when I was younger but now? Oh yeah this got to me massively. Not just the excellent characters but the emotions man. Cap it off with some excellent fights, shootouts and chases? Almost Perfect.

Was beyond hyped to watch this again. Especially in 4K. While I did notice a few niggles this time around, I still think this might take the cake for my action movie of the year. Love the characters, the setting, the cinematography and of course Kenji's action is flawless.
