Sam Montembeault, in my opinion, projects as a backup goaltender at best, whether it is with the Canadiens or another team. The #Habs aren't going to increase his trade value or suddenly make him a top 10 goaltender by giving him more opportunities. He is what he his... but he has his supporters

Konyushkov is not going to the Rocket, IMO. He is signed in the KHL through 2027 and it's highly doubtful the #Habs would buy out that contract for him to play in the AHL next season.
