Sleepy Doug Shaw (Gang Gang Dance, Highlife) is gone. 43, and from what I know, out of nowhere. One of the brightest lights I've ever known and his ability to command a room with his music was a gift to witness. When I saw he was playing somewhere I'd drop everything and go. RIP to my friend.
