What's amazing to me about #StarfleetAcademy is that it manages to capture the vibe of the "wild west cowboy diplomacy" era of TOS, which they've been trying to do forever with prequels and hanging back in the timeline. What the franchise actually needed was to go forward. It's really refreshing.
