I'm a co-author on this Special Communication about research in anorexia nervosa. We highlight various aspects that have hindered progress in the field and outline steps that can be taken in future research.

Today I’ve been working on transcribing some interviews I recorded several years ago as part of a study on anorexia nervosa. And I am amazed by the participants. What they are saying is so insightful and interesting! It really is reminding me why I work in eating disorders research.

I'm peer-reviewing a paper and slowly starting to wonder, am I Reviewer 2? 😬 I'm trying to be kind and constructive, but it is very challenging when there are multiple issues with a manuscript!
