👏👏👏 Great to see the news about automated camera enforcement of bus lanes being shared everywhere. Will improve bus speeds and safety! Since emergency vehicles can/do use bus lanes as needed, the drivers who care about emergency vehicle response times are celebrating, right?

It’s worth pointing out that the only reason a citywide secure bicycle storage and parking program is even still a thing we’re talking about is because of all of the work @shabazzstuart.bsky.social did to keep it a live issue for years. That Oonee didn’t even get an interview is flabbergasting.

How a homegrown company that’s been at it for so long. didn’t even get considered is beyond me. Oonee is doing great work just across the river in Jersey City and it’s a shame the Adams admin excluded the company. Eric Adams was even an early booster!

Great to be at the street co-naming on 34th Ave Open St. The linear park got its Paseo Park name a year or so ago, but now the street signs say it on the 26 blocks of @34_ave, uplifting that the street is a park! @ny4p.bsky.social supports high quality parks and open space for every NYer!

Since this City Council took office in 2022, 50 children have been killed in traffic in New York City. Today, we rallied at City Hall, placing 50 pairs of white shoes on the steps to represent each child lost during this Council's tenure. Universal daylighting will save lives.
