Getting better at treadmill running. Today was a steady sustained 30 minute jog. I am hoping to work up to doing intervals and getting faster.

Work 40 but on call 120+hrs a week. Not including the other gig that’s usually in there somewhere too.

These early morning workouts are a lot. I’m ready to go back to sleep.

I’m trying to build some endurance to run outside. Currently, I’m up to 25 minutes at 4.5-7 with a 1.0 incline on the treadmill. I’ve only been going for about 2 weeks and it’s only 2 days per week. I think if I can stay consistent and add variability, I’ll be ready for the outside by spring.

Especially sites that will send you all the “we saw you looking emails” clearly if I wanted it, I would have bought it. Then that turns in to endless ads for a product you didn’t end up buying.

I wish I could do stretching like this. Hopefully these hip workouts and yoga continue to help. My hips are so tight. I keep trying however.
