severa's strain of lycanthropy is unique to her family (grandma is a demi prince of hircine so it effectively comes straight from him) so she isn't forced to change back to her human form so she can run around like that for as long as her little heart desires

severa LOVES to run especially as a werewolf and i think she enjoys whiteruns tundra because there aren't quite as many obstacles (she thinks jumping over them is fun though when she does come across them)
