Seeing the Bill Watterson originals full of pencil lines of stuff that didn’t work, scuffs the eraser didn’t pick up, white out galore and more was something I needed to see to remind myself that nothing is perfect the first go and tweaks need to be made and you’re allowed to try again.

THIS. BUT ALSO as someone who's been in this constant mode since 2019 (I went through *a lot* and it never got any better) I can't stress enough how important that the bullet journal is. You need to find something to ground yourself and doing journalling may very well be the best thing possible.
