The thought of the sheer spluttering impotent rage Farage must be reduced to right now, combined with the fact that even he, in some dank corner of his mind, must realise that he has entirely brought this on himself, makes me incredibly happy.

Progressive 10km on a running machine. I didnāt even watch a film while I was doing it! I am a better, more disciplined runner than I used to be. Slower, obv. But better and more disciplined nonetheless.

I honestly canāt understand why Elon Muskās X isnāt banned in the UK. It has become a poisonous vehicle for spreading hatred and dissension, and is run by a white supremacist agitator, who explicitly incites violence. Surely there is a criminal sanction for this?

Absolutely wild how right-wing commentators and politicians are just completely ignoring the attempted pogrom in Belfast. Families with kids rescued from homes set on fire. And these same people who smear peaceful protests against genocide as hate marches say NOTHING

Yet for all those mentions, Reform doesn't actually get held to account. Dodgy £5m gifts? Constant tax evasion? Running the party from Dubai? Inexplicable house purchases? Jailed for kicking your wife? Wall-to-wall racism? Backing Iran war? Scrapping the NHS? Literal concentration camps? Silence.

He hoards innocent people up and put them in detention centres. He started a war for no reason. He's a liar. And unfit for his role. This doesn't even scratch the surface of his inadequacy. This isn't about finding a way to work with someone you disagree with. This is about endorsing a tyrant.
