@freakidee.bsky.social and I taught our first Pole Doubles workshop today!

Also, I’ve started working with a queer Mexican therapist who prioritizes decolonization in her practice. Today she reminded me that resistance is not new and that our indigenous ancestors were doing this work long before us. The resistance is not going anywhere.

A couple recent indicators that I’m on the right path: 1. Showed up to volunteer at the shelter today and ran into a friend doing the same thing! 2. Saw multiple friends on the DSA meeting last night. Let’s keep this resistance momentum and community outreach up, yall!
