Speaking of: maxed out full set dumb bell shoulder shrugs at 130# each arm. Old max was 115 I do have to explain to people, when I lift heavy, I do 5-6 sets working my way up to this. It prevents injury, and gives me the best results. Also a reason I'm in here for 2 hours at a time

So it seems my recent medical issue was my vitamin d deficiency that came in bloodwork from December. I neglected to pick up my strong prescription and the past month has been really rough for me. Started taking supplements finally and it's like night and day.

Another night of mild foot pain. Already wear inserts, buy special shoes, and compression socks. I've just always had foot pain. Likely from being barefoot most of my life.

I don't talk about it too much. But as I approach the age of dad-runner and exhibit myself working out to a degree; pick up some weights. If you ever have hand, wrist, other pain from applying pressure or gaming, your muscles are likely weak. I can even show you stuff that isn't intense.
