Government should not put out any cost-benefit analysis that does not account for wider social, environmental or economic impacts (or indeed *all* the fiscal impacts eg through missed preventative action). And if it does it should carry the warning "this is basically useless data".

I don't care what you call it, but the UK really needs to embrace the safe systems approach to road design and street management if we are to stop death and injury on our streets, tackle health issues from inactivity and indeed, productiveuty, We could have nice places too.

So I know this has been ratioed to hell and back, but has anyone with appropriate credentials given it the full filleting treatment? @greenparty.org.uk policies would make billionaires slightly poorer. They are sceptical of the military-industrial complex, unfettered capitalism and trading a liveable planet for growth. For the parties of the centre, the sensible response would be to wake the fuck up.
