Hadriel von Valancius is, of course, Rogue Trader of the von Valancius dynasty after succeeding Theodora who tragically passed in a mutiny. He is a voidborn sanctioned psyker who grew up outside the Koronus Expanse and never knew the protectorate until after he came to his position.
