For me, #WPLDN has always been a thing of passion. A way to give back to the #WordPress community. But we need to find an alternative, sustainable financial model for it.

I‘ve realised that one of my most important (and difficult) jobs as a parent is making sure my kid gets bored occasionally.

I’ve been building a tool for simple financial projections. Things like: • Could I afford to go part-time? • Should I downsize? • What if I overpay my mortgage vs invest more in a pension? Scratching my own itch, but it’s turning into something that might help others too. Hoping to share it soon.

We are terrible. A few decent results in the UCL papering over a really poor season. The league position doesn’t lie at this stage of the season. #nufc
