Yesterday, an ICE officer violently threw a young mother to the ground at 26 Federal Plaza in front of her 2 children—sending her to the hospital. This assault is a blatant violation of her rights. @NYCComptroller.bsky.social and I have referred this officer to AG Bondi for criminal investigation.

DHS says the ICE officer who shoved the woman in New York yesterday has been relieved of his duties and his conduct unacceptable. Bit surprised as I’ve seen a lot of not too dissimilar videos of ice actions DHS has stood by.
