No new words during today's writing day, but I finally reworked this plot so the middle isn't muddy and rearranged scenes appropriately! Sleep now, but then it'll be time to dive into draft 2 to fix all the dates, times, and references that got messed up due to rearranging. Onward!

One perk of working from home once a week is that it really does allow me to slow down. No constant interruptions, no forced multitasking, no rush to finish things before my next meeting. Today, I'm basking in the idea that my nervous system can be calm and regulated while getting my work done.
